Terms & Conditions - Registration & Subscription

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Sell-Ezy and selecting a subscription plan, you ("Merchant" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


2. Subscription Plans & Prepaid Payment Policy

All Sell-Ezy subscription plans are strictly prepaid.

Upon registration, you will be required to select a plan and complete payment before your store and associated services are activated.

No credit, deferred billing, or post-paid arrangement is available under any plan.

Your subscription period begins from the date of successful payment confirmation.


3. Plan Upgrade Policy

You may upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

Upon upgrading:The new plan becomes effective immediately from Day 1 of the upgrade date.Your existing plan is terminated immediately no pro-rata refund or credit will be issued for the unused days of the previous plan.The full amount of the upgraded plan will be charged upfront at the time of upgrade.

Downgrading of plans, if applicable, will follow a separate policy communicated at the time of downgrade request.


4. Payment Due & Grace Period Policy

Subscription renewal payments are due on or before your monthly renewal date. Failure to pay will result in progressive service restrictions as follows:

These restrictions apply automatically. No manual notice is guaranteed prior to each stage of blocking.


5. Impact of CRM Blockage

Once your ZellZone CRM access is blocked due to non-payment:

You will no longer receive any order notifications, WhatsApp messages, or alerts related to your store activity.

All CRM-based automations, including WhatsApp abandoned cart recovery and cart marketing, will cease immediately.

To retrieve your contacts list after CRM blockage, you must send a formal request via email to [email protected] Contacts will be shared subject to data availability and verification of account ownership.

Sell-Ezy and DigitIn Technologies will not be responsible for any loss of orders, customer communications, or business impact resulting from CRM blockage due to non-payment.


6. Website Blockage

After 30 days of non-payment, your customer-facing store will be taken offline.

Customers visiting your store URL will no longer be able to browse products or place orders.

Sell-Ezy reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the store and its data after an extended period of non-payment, with or without prior notice.


7. Reactivation

To reactivate a blocked account, all outstanding dues must be cleared in full.

Reactivation requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of account deactivation. Requests received after 30 days will not be entertained.

After 30 days of deactivation, Sell-Ezy and DigitIn Technologies hold no responsibility for any loss of store data, product listings, customer contacts, order history, or CRM data.

Data restoration is not guaranteed even within the 30-day window and is subject to availability at the time of reactivation.

8. Refund Policy

All payments made to Sell-Ezy are non-refundable, including in cases of early termination, plan upgrade, or voluntary account closure.

In the event of a platform outage or service failure attributable to Sell-Ezy, remedies will be offered in the form of service credits at the sole discretion of DigitIn Technologies.


9. Account Termination

You may choose to terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

Upon termination, access to all services including the CRM, admin panel, and front-end store will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the active plan at the time of termination.


10. Modifications to Plans & Pricing

Sell-Ezy reserves the right to revise plan pricing, features, and terms at any time.

Existing subscribers will be notified of pricing changes at least [15/30] days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised pricing constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


11. Limitation of Liability

Sell-Ezy and DigitIn Technologies shall not be held liable for:

Loss of orders, revenue, or customer data due to account suspension from non-payment

Disruption of WhatsApp automations or CRM workflows following plan blockage

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service restrictions
